Spend A Day Chilling At Home
One of the things that you can do is simply spend a day chilling at home. Don’t do anything for anyone else. Don’t pick up the phone if you don’t want to. Don’t run around like a headless chicken trying to make yourself available for anyone but yourself. Just sit at home, and do whatever it is that you want to do. If you want to sit down and read a good book, this sounds like a great idea. If you want to catch up on some TV, do it. You might just want to have a bath and chill out for a little while, there’s nothing wrong with this.

Or, if you don’t want to stay at home, then why not head somewhere to relax. This could be somewhere like a spa, and it’s just a case of finding one that you want to go to. Something that you’ve got to remember is that you don’t have to deal with toxic people. Sure, if you work with them, then for the sake of your job, you might have to put up with it every now and then. But, in your personal life, it’s a case of grabbing those scissors and saying goodbye. Don’t let anyone drag you down and make you feel bad, least of all a toxic person.
