And sure, this can be lovely but it’s very traditional and that might not be your style! Wear any outfit you’d like, it could be a super colourful ball gown or sparkly suit. It could be something totally unexpected or just your normal clothes that you feel comfortable in. You decide.

Don’t fancy a big white three tiered wedding cake? Go with something else instead. It could be made of cheese wheels, for example. You could have a brownie or donut tower or skip the cake entirely.

If you’re opting to exchange rings, don’t feel like you need to go with traditional plain wedding bands. You could choose something more unusual or even go to a jewellery making class where you can make each others rings for a special, personal touch.

You don’t have to choose a church, hotel or even a rustic barn as your wedding venue if you don’t want to!
